Laughter may be the best medicine, but massage is a close second.

Whether you are hoping to relax or feel better, I aim to provide the services you need to regain balance in all that you do. 

If you're hurting and need relief in a particular area or just cannot come to me in the office, please note that Equipoise Massage also offers mobile massage to clients who cannot make it to the office.  

~ Site-specific massages may include head/face/neck, neck/shoulders, or back/shoulders. If you have a specific area that needs bodywork, please reach out with your request!

~On-site mobile massage is provided within city limits of Sheridan, WY.  For a travel fee, Equipoise Massage will travel up to 40 miles outside of Sheridan, WY.  Thursday afternoons are reserved for this service.

You can choose your preferred session whether that be 30, 60, 75, or 90 minutes.  Equipoise Massage offers a relaxing Swedish massage session, a re-calibrating therapeutic session, or we can dive into specific body work with a neuromuscular session.  Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are a part of every massage offered.  You also have a choice of adding hot stones, cupping, and even upgrading to CBD infused cream during your massage.
